Pipeline & Flowline Construction

J&R Oilfield Services provides complete pipeline and flowline construction, installation, replacement, rerouting, repair, and maintenance services. Our crews can support the entire project, including material coordination, right-of-way preparation, excavation, trenching, bedding, stringing, welding or fusion, lowering-in, backfilling, tie-ins, supports, hydrostatic testing, coating repairs, cleanup, and final site restoration. We work with piping systems used for crude oil, natural gas, produced water, saltwater disposal, freshwater, fuel gas, instrument air, process fluids, drains, utility service, and production gathering. Our teams can perform new installations, facility-to-well connections, road crossings, line relocations, valve replacements, spool replacements, line repairs, controlled tie-ins, and emergency leak response. All piping is installed according to approved drawings, client specifications, manufacturer requirements, qualified procedures, and applicable ASME, API, and operator standards.

Facility Construction & Maintenance

J&R provides complete construction and maintenance services for oil and gas production, processing, compression, water handling, and disposal facilities. We can support a project from the initial dirt work and concrete foundations through equipment setting, structural installation, piping fabrication, mechanical completion, testing, startup support, coating, insulation, and final cleanup. Our facility construction experience includes central tank batteries, satellite facilities, well pads, saltwater disposal facilities, compressor sites, production equipment installations, tank farms, meter facilities, pump installations, separation equipment, vapor recovery systems, gathering systems, and facility expansions. We also perform brownfield modifications, facility debottlenecking, equipment replacements, piping reroutes, demolition, decommissioning, maintenance repairs, punch-list work, shutdown support, and emergency response. J&R can coordinate civil, mechanical, welding, crane, coating, testing, insulation, and transportation activities through one project team.

Flexpipe & Poly Pipe Installation

J&R installs flexpipe and polyethylene (HDPE) pipe systems for produced water transfer, saltwater disposal, and gathering applications. These systems offer fast installation, corrosion resistance, and flexibility for challenging terrain — making them a cost-effective alternative to traditional steel pipe for many oilfield applications. All piping is installed according to approved drawings, client specifications, manufacturer requirements, qualified procedures, and applicable ASME, API, and operator standards. Our crews handle fusion welding, mechanical fittings, directional bore, and trench installation.

Concrete Foundations, Slabs & Equipment Pads

J&R provides concrete construction for oilfield production facilities, compressor sites, tank batteries, equipment installations, and general industrial projects. We can coordinate excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, reinforcing steel, embedded items, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and final cleanup. Concrete work can be coordinated with equipment setting, crane operations, structural installation, piping, containment, drainage, and final grading. Foundations and pads are constructed according to approved drawings, dimensions, reinforcement requirements, concrete specifications, and client quality-control requirements.

Civil Work, Roads & Excavation

J&R provides civil construction and earthwork services for new oilfield locations, facility expansions, pipeline projects, remediation work, and ongoing maintenance. Our crews can complete initial site preparation as well as final grading and restoration after mechanical construction is finished. Available equipment may include excavators, trackhoes, backhoes, skid steers, loaders, motor graders, rollers, water trucks, belly dumps, dump trucks, lowboys, and support equipment. J&R can coordinate civil activities with pipeline installation, concrete placement, hydrovac excavation, trucking, environmental cleanup, and facility construction.
